From there, you’ll have options.
Continue With Structure
You may choose to continue training with CoreEssence through ongoing group training or future programs designed to build on the foundation you’ve created.
Transition Into Independent Training
Many women leave Grit & Glow with the tools and confidence to continue on their own — using the habits, routines, and structure they’ve built over the 8 weeks.
1:1 Coaching Opportunities
For women who want more individualized support, 1:1 coaching options may be available after the program ends.
There is no pressure to continue — the goal is for you to leave Grit & Glow feeling empowered, capable, and supported, no matter what you choose next.

When does the program start?
The 8-Week CoreEssence: Grit & Glow begins January 5, 2026.
Is this program beginner friendly?
Yes. This program is designed to meet you where you are. Movements are scalable, and the focus is on building a strong foundation — not pushing extremes.
Do I need to be in great shape to join?
No. You don’t need to be “fit” to start — you need to be willing to show up consistently. Strength, endurance, and confidence are built throughout the program.
What if I can’t make it to every session?
That’s okay. All live sessions are recorded and available to replay, so you can stay on track even when life gets busy.
Is this an in person or online program?
Both options are available.
Grit & Glow is an in person group training program, with an online option for women who need flexibility. Online participants can join live in real time or watch recordings on their own schedule.
How many days per week is the program?
In-person training meets 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Friday at 7:00 AM).
Online participants have access to 2 live sessions per week plus 1 programmed HIIT workout.
Is there nutrition included?
You’ll receive nutrition guidance and habit support, but this is not a meal plan. The focus is on realistic, sustainable food choices that support your training and lifestyle.
Will I lose weight or change my body in 8 weeks?
While everyone’s results are different, most women begin to feel stronger, more energized, and more consistent within the first few weeks — and often start to see those changes reflect physically. This program focuses on building habits that lead to long-term results.
How many spots are available for in person training?
In-person training is limited to 15 participants to ensure a safe, supportive, and non-intimidating environment.
Are there refunds or transfers?
Due to the nature of the program and limited spots, all sales are final.
